Naked Leaf Subscription Box Membership Terms
At Naked Leaf, we offer a Subscribe and Save Memberships (each, a “Membership”). Please review these Naked Leaf Subscribe and Save Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew monthly unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your monthly Subscribe and Save products with us at any time.
We do not place “holds” on Memberships.
In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at [email protected], indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response.
Cancellations must be requested prior to the billing date of the next payment due.
Cancelling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes.
Cancelling your account prior to completing the Bundle Box/90 day supply purchase, will mean you will be charged for the total cost of the box as we bill monthly and deliver quarterly for this 90 Day Supply product.
Members may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own (within the United States or the United Kingdom). Additional Boxes may be purchased, subject to quantity limits at the discretion of the Company. Additional Boxes are not subject to renewal, but you must have an active Membership to purchase them.
Every month we may offer additional, discounted products that Members may add to their Box (“a la carte”) or may purchase in between boxes. Add-Ons at a discount are, Members-only offers, during which Members may add or remove products from their order. All items included in the Member’s order at the conclusion of the sale are automatically charged to the payment method on file. Add-Ons are generally billed in conjunction with the billing dates for that quarterly Box, and are shipped along with your Box.
Stated prices for Membership and other products (including Add-Ons) do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments outside the contiguous United States.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
